You should probably animate with an animation program. Not to sound rude, but when it's still frames in MS Paint, it's kinda visually unappealing.

Speaking of visually unappealing, I REALIZE this is supposed to be creepy, but again, when it's just still frames with something like the "contacts scene", it goes the way you don't want to.

I can also see the backgrounds look inspired by Ren and Stimpy! That's a nice touch.

The sound effects could use some work too. I'd recommend looking for some SFX packs here and there because Soundbible sounds aren't really the best, but that's just my opinion.

So, the animation and sound effects could use some work.

The animation and writing is...meh to me. Your lip syncing and movement could use work. So could the voice acting.

This HAS potential to be honest. I think this could do well if you fixed it up a bit. The mic quality is ear-grating when the pumpkin guy talks. Please improve your mic quality.

So, all in all, I think the writing, animation and voice acting could use work. This could be way better than it is portrayed right now.

Ok, now this is epic.

I feel their could be a little more reverb and EQing, but this is pretty good!
